Brand judgment // CuraMind

From AI polish to clinical presence.

The original homepage explained ambient AI and biomarkers. The redesign begins with something more human: a physician who wants to leave the hospital with the day’s charts complete.

The diagnosis

What the first draft got wrong.

Each of these is quoted from the Before page above. None of them would stop the draft looking finished. All of them would cost it trust with the buyer it was written for.

TELL 01

Interface copy written in code.

Navigation reads AMBIENT_SCRIBE, EWS_BIOMARKERS, PHYSICIAN_SSO.

Clinicians were never meant to read variable names. It describes the product by its database, not by its users.

TELL 02

Precision without a source.

“99.2% ICD-10 Coding”, “2.8 Hrs Saved Daily”, “Reduced by 64%”.

Exact-looking figures with no study, cohort or date. In healthcare an unsourced number costs more trust than it earns.

TELL 03

Certifications nobody granted.

Epic, Cerner and AthenaHealth writeback, SOC2 Type II, FDA SaMD, 21 CFR Part 11.

A fictional company listing regulatory standing is exactly what a hospital procurement team will try to verify.

TELL 04

An alarm in the hero.

A live card flagging “SpO2 91% (Flagged)” beside the headline.

The promise is a calmer day, but the first image is a deteriorating patient. The visual contradicts the benefit.

The judgment layer

What human judgment changed.

The difference is not a score improvement we have measured. It is a clearer strategy you can examine, challenge and test.

01 / MESSAGE

From efficiency to the evening.

“Reclaim Physician Focus & Time” became “Leave the hospital at 5:00 PM. Charts finished.” The human consequence is now specific.

02 / VISUAL IDENTITY

From symbols to a relationship.

Expressive clinician and patient illustration, warm editorial type and a recurring end-of-day motif replace generic medical iconography.

03 / CREDIBILITY

From certainty to clinician control.

Unverified statistics and certifications were removed. A working encounter demo makes review and approval explicit while staying clearly fictional.

Inside the After

Not a mockup.
A working homepage.

Every interaction below runs in the After theme today. All content is fictional and written to be replaced with yours.

Self-demonstrating clipboard

Four stages, from listening to approval, play while visible and hand control to the visitor on a click.

Editable hero overlays

The 5:00 PM time, handwritten note and live card are HTML, so the words stay editable over the artwork.

A day in three scenes

Morning, afternoon and after-clinic story cards carry the promise through the page.

Sample pilot sketch

Visitors choose a setting and focus and receive an illustrative outline. Nothing is submitted.

Principles section

States plainly what the concept will not claim, which is how healthcare brands earn trust.
